The Annual Field Admin Awards Banquet will be Wednesday evening. Registration begins at 6 pm with dinner being served at 6:30 pm.
Note: Dress is semi-formal
If your one-way drive time is more than two hours, overnight accommodations will be provided. As always, we encourage double occupancy. If you desire a room to yourself, we ask that you pay for ½ of the room charges. (1/2 of $70 + tax at the Country Inn and Suites)
** Travel Reminder**
Hotel policy requires all guests to place a credit card on file for incidentals such as phone calls, movies, room service, etc. Also, if you have chosen to room by yourself, ½ of the room cost will be placed on this card. We highly discourage placing a debit card on file in place of a credit card as we have discovered that a $25-$100 hold on funds may be placed on your card. Releasing those funds – even if you have no charges – can take as long as two weeks.
